IT support in Scotland: common questions
Do you provide IT support across the whole of Scotland?
Yes. Remote support covers every part of Scotland, and it is how most issues are resolved wherever you are. On-site work is quickest across the Central Belt, where an engineer can reach Edinburgh, Glasgow, Falkirk and West Lothian from our Livingston office. Further afield we travel when hands-on work is needed.
Do you provide on-site IT support in Glasgow?
Yes. Glasgow is a straight run along the M8 from our Livingston office, and our engineers attend for installations, office moves and faults that cannot be fixed remotely.
We have offices in several towns. Can you support all of them?
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons businesses move to us. Every site, user and device sits under one agreement with one helpdesk, and we link offices together with managed firewalls and Microsoft 365.
Do you only work with Scottish businesses?
No. Most of our clients are in Scotland, but we support businesses across the UK. Remote support, Microsoft 365 management and Cyber Essentials certification work exactly the same wherever you are based.
What size of business do you support?
From small offices to organisations with well over a hundred users. What our clients have in common is that they depend on their IT and have no in-house IT department, or one IT person who needs a team behind them.
How much does managed IT support cost?
It is priced per user per month and depends on what is included: helpdesk only, or helpdesk with Microsoft 365, security and device management. After a short audit of your current setup we give you a fixed monthly figure, with no long lock-in.
